Hi, does anyone know if this quarter was manufactured this way or just run over by a bus?

to the CCF! Clear close up pictures are needed of the obverse and reverse to actually help identify what if anything is going on with your coin!

Yes, we will need closer photos. Also, crop them close to the coin only. You may use our Free Image Optimizer to help with cropping.
