Been dipped and scrubbed plus toss in a bit of circulation, rinse and repeat. XF40 Details-harshly cleaned. The "toning" is varied showing the crap layers taken off, at least looks like it.

I'm with Crazyb0 - cleaned somehow and re-toning is starting. NOT original surfaces.

XF opinion is a bit harsh ... I'm in at mid-AU details cleaned.

Its a $10 coin in this state ... but nonetheless a wonderful example of the first ever USA commemorative.

At this level, slightly under uncirculated at 55, it has Retoned from circulation, not from cleaning.
