Sap Moderator Australia 16816 Posts	Posted 02/28/2018 5:04 pm I'm guessing that it isn't a financial instrument of some kind, since I'm not seeing anything that resembles a denomination. Nor do I see a date. But I'm afraid that's about my limit for reading Arabic without help. It does seem to be official Ottoman Empire issue. And I'm guessing (again) that the word in the small grey box is the city of issue.
