Coins dated 1900 are in the 19th century Krause (1800's). I've only got an old 4th edition (2004) but here's what it says:

1900 has two mintmark varieties: "plain" (mintage 2.7 million, CV $6 in VF, $23 in EF) and "H" (mintage 400,000, CV $12 in VF, $30 in EF). I think the mintmark is beneath the portrait.
Don't say "infinitely" when you mean "very"; otherwise, you'll have no word left when you want to talk about something really infinite. - C. S. Lewis
