Hello again, I have several coins I will be posting to get some answers so what do you all think caused this. Looks to me like it was done at the mint. Thanks for all feedback

Looks to be a struck through a large chunk of debris(metal I suspect), which has since fallen off. to still have the clad layer, a contact this heavy would show to core copper. Need reverse pic to rule out contact tho...
