Here is a coin from Ottoman Turkey that I need help with. I think it comes from the reign of Mahmud II but not sure. It is 15mm in diameter and appears to be silver. Sorry for the poor quality of the photos but after several attempts these are the best.

I think it is a decorative coin used for dresses and headdresses. There are no identifying markers of Ottoman coinage other than two simple tugras.

That's right Bukharan, It is an ottoman decorative coin. And it is called "Penez".
