Definitely circulated a slightly, but its very well struck and the bust has that "proof" look to it. Its hard to tell how the fields are with the toning. Tell me what everyone thinks.

I would say not a proof. The rims just don't have the look they should.

NumismaticStudent, can you explain why you think it is a proof? It looks like a business strike to me.

The coin seems to be extremely well struck. Note the detail in Liberty's wreath in the obverse. It doesn't look like a business strike to me. Also the rims are sharp and well defined all around. To me it looks like a coin that was struck more than once.

If you look at the hairline of liberty above the brow, you not only see separation but also the hair raised significantly over the height level of the forehead.

The reverse wreath elements also look raised and well struck. There is a pronounced 3 dimensionality to the devices of this coin that I don't see in business strikes.

Now the quality of the surfaces would provide another clue, but they are pretty toned and damaged in this example.

Just my humble opinion.
