In reality just how many MS69/70 have already been certified by NGC and PCGS (you can find that info if you choose too, it will surprise you). Coins as this have been sent in bulk submissions of the thousands, with the submitter taking the gamble of a few MS70's and a boatload of 69's. Anything less will be immediately dumped on the market. I noticed that not many coins are graded in BN and RB colors. Is that because nobody would want to buy them so why go to the expense? Thanks. Report this Post to the Staff
