Real or fake jewelery is always a good find in my book. Real is even better. Check out the markings. Some religious jewelery has been made by designers and has more than melt value. Check on ebay.

Coin on the left is 2 Ore from Sweden. The medallion on the right is interesting. Is it gold? And what is the ball in the middle?

The medalion is silver. The round ball is a clay marble from around the late 19th century. I found an old dump today while detecting but I need to get permission to dig a big hole in the yard. A little hole is easy to fill but a big hole is quite noticable. The dump is around the late 19th century.

Nice medallion. Stuff like that makes for a nice little bonus when finding mostly coins. Hopefully you will be able to dig the old dump area. Never know what you will find.

I ended up getting permission. Found nothing but broken glass and coal. No bottles whole or anything else whole for that matter. It was way to muddy because the dump is located where a spring is the hole kept filling with water. I gave up cause it just isn't happening.
