1921 2 Pesos Coin. Cleaned? Your Thoughts

I just picked this up. I have return privileges, so I'm not worried, but I'd like your opinions. The coin looks ALMOST beautiful. Tons of luster. The reverse is perfect, like MS65 perfect. But, it looks like it's been whizzed or wire brushed at some point. There is one particularly awful mark that starts at the rum around 10 o'clock, goes through the left wing, up just above the held laurel, and then to the rim at 12 o'clock. One unbroken, jagged line.

I'm also attaching some photos of a couple other graded 2 peso coins, for reference. These MS61-ers have a ton of marks. They seem similar, but they aren't quite as bad as this one.

I'm thinking. whizzed. return. But, I don't want to make any mistakes on that front, so I figured I'd ask the experts!
