Tried to upload a pic. It says to optimize it. Open optimizing tool it says it's already under 200kb why would it not upload if it's already small enough?

You need to load back to your computer then send that one to the thread.

The new file that loads back to your computer has an altered address with additional letters. Although I don't remember what those letters are.

This is how it works:

When you upload the pic to the optimizer, the optimizer automatically optimizes the pic, so it will often show a number lower than 300kb. Right-click the optimized image and click Save Image As. Then specify a location to save the image to on your computer. Then, re-upload the pic. It should work.

I'm not using a computer. Only my Samsung j3 prime phone. I do not own a computer.
