I like the darker, circ cameo toning and it is XF-45 details, but there is the problem/hit under LIBERTY and a few rim nicks.
The darker toning will get XF 40 max at PCGS, especially with it being a key date. PCGS and I never saw eye to eye on original surfaces - they will reward light cleanings and sometimes downright bright chrome finishes on coins with F-VF details.

I like it alot, even the dirt on her upper lip

Hmm. who said that?

Some things never change at PCGS, but mid grade Barber half nuts buy the coin, not the holder. Do you have a set in the registry?

Yeah well called two_toney. The coin will go to market, I'm not a bit collector of half dollars, this one just came up for sale and I grabbed it. Much better served in a real enthusiast's collection than mine!
