Hey everyone, just got this in the mail today. Any advice on this coin would be greatly appreciated. Looks like it may have been stuck in something. Thanks in advance.

I'm afraid I must agree. But I'm sure it's a special coin for you. In the future I would suggest finding coins that are not damaged. You will be much happier with a strong selection every time you review your collection.

I have no idea what would cause this type of damage. It looks like it was dipped in acid and someone fell asleep at the switch. Yet one side is corroded worse than the other.
