Not a die crack, but a die chip.
Interesting to get a tripling of the date and rim, but not of the rest of the design features.
Need a closer look to see if the die chip is tripled as well.

Interesting error.

Thanks sel_691 for your reply.

The die chip is an individual raised line - not tripled.

On closer inspection the date is into the inner rim and after checking a normal coin I notice the stalk end is closer to the inner rim. Slightly off centre strike causing the date to pierce the inner rim.

Numis report triple rim strike errors, but cant find an example to compare.
