While square and, to a lesser extent, heptagonal coins are fairly common, and hexagonal and octagonal ones aren't especially rare, to the best of my knowledge, the Mutawakkilite Kingdom of Yemen was the only country to ever make circulating pentagonal coins. (Incidentally, to the best of my knowledge, the only circulating triangular coins were made by the Cook Islands; I really should get one of those eventually.) [EDIT: darn, mixed up my HTML and BBCode again]

Forgot to post for Israel and Jordan! For Israel I have a really neat presentation piece awarded to AINA (American Israel Numismatic Association) members who participated in the March 1976 tour of Israel. This one belonged to Sylvia Krasner, who wrote about her experiences on the trip to Israel in the 2nd quarterly 1976 issue of The Shekel, the AINA's newsletter; she passed away in Dec. 2017 at the young age of 97. It contains the 1976 Bicentennial issues of the US (quarter, half dollar, and dollar) and the 1976 Israel 10 agorot, 25 agorot, and 1 lira coins, all encased in a very thick Lucite holder. The coins are mounted with the obverse of the Israel issues and reverse of the US issues facing towards the front of the holder. For Jordan, a 1949 100 Fils of Abdullah I:
