This scam involves the "Make Offer" option. The ""seller" waits for an offer accepts a "good" one. Thee "seller" changes one cent into "real money" ebay shows the sale with "offer accepted" instead of a price.

I have a better looking 1969 S DDDM thinnk I ccould get more?
