I don't know where I should post this.

I have sent three rolls of nickels to PCGS and the grades will be coming soon. (Maybe one month or longer)

So basically I would like to have some fun and let people guess what they think that they graded.

All the Nickels looked BU or better, but doesn't look like PCGS agreed. So I'm guessing they gave out AU-58
I don't remember what I put on the submission form about minimum grade and cleaned coins.

I do know that six Buffalo nickels were rejected from being graded.

1937 P Buffalo Nickels
Line#: One = 1937
Line#: Two = 1937 - (2 Total)
Line#: Five = 1937 (2 Total)
Line#: Eight = 1937 - (5 Total)
Line#: Twelve = 1937 (15 Total)
Line#: Sixteen = 1937 (13 total)
(total = 38)

1938 P Jefferson Nickels
Line#: Four = 1938
Line#: Seven = 1938
Line#: Eighteen = 1938 - (12 Total)
Line#: Nineteen = 1938 - (5 Total)
Line#: Ten = 1938 (4 Total)
Line#: Eleven = 1938 - (2 Total)
Line#: Thirteen = 1938 (13 Total)
Line#: Fifteen = 1938 (2 Total)
(Total = 40)

1938 D Buffalo Nickels
Line#: Three = 1938 D
Line#: Six = 1938 D
Line#: Nine = 1938 D - (9 Total)
Line#: Fourteen = 1938 - D (10 total)
Line#: Seventeen =1938 D (14 total)
Line#: Twenty = 1938 D
(Total = 36)

PCGS has already finished grading them but just didn't post the grades. So I have them separated by line numbers and how many per that line. So for example, we know that PCGS gave out six different grades for the 1938 D Buffalo nickels.

Hoping there are plenty of 65's in there, given the costs of grading 120 coins.

I will be posting pictures, but just not close ups of all coins.
Whatever ones graded very good with have a close up photo.

I have always wanted to do something like this. So I got a payment plan without interest to purchase the coins.
I need to pay off the balance before two years or I'll be charged interest.

Unless a lot of those are 66 or better the grading cost will be higher than the coin is worth.

I never submit any coin that is likely to be less than $200 value. Although lately I just don't buy raw. Ill let someone else pay for the slab. Prices for many of the nickels you list are not a lot higher for slabbed examples.

These are the only photo's I can provide,.. the two on my phone aren't good so I won't post them.

I agree. I have high hope that the bulk submission will be justified when some true gems are graded as such.
