I would do all the research yourself and get yourself a Charlton guide book or a US book for US currency, to get a sense of the values. I have seen some shady evaluations at LCD's (Local Coin Dealers) in the past. Keep in mind, grades or condition of the coins is the most important feature in determining the value, this is where CCF community can help tremendously.

Note that it is rare that a coin sells for its book value, usually it sells for less. Unless its a rare piece. The best way to see what a current coins sold for is to look up recently ended auction prices online with coins that sold in similar grade.

Good luck and looking forward to seeing what you got.

From Burlington I see.
There are at least three other members
including myself from Burlington and
many more in the Golden Horseshoe area.
Also those are 5c coins, not pennies that you show.
They were made from Tombac in 1942 & 1943
to save nickel during the war.
They are not very valuable but would depend on condition.
