Odd Marks On Nickel, Is It An Error? Thoughts?

My son found this nickel while CRHing.
Right in the middle of the building on the back, it appears that there is a series on circles.
The picture does not quite do it justice. It looks to me like the mark was done by a machine. It looks like 3 circles within each other.
Anyone have any thoughts?

Yep, coin rolling machine or a vending machine damage - spender.
