So I just stopped by my bank to grab a few cent rolls while I'm out and ended up with 10 2017 P uncirculated rolls... I'm into the older copper finds. Any reason I should crack these open rather than trade back for circulated?

Fresh meat offers possible errors and High MS coins.
Jump on them, then trade them in.

First of all Great question, I had asked myself the same ? in my 2018 post the other day. I finished the 6 rolls I opened, re-wrapped them, put them back in the $25 box I got, and they are set to return to the bank. I just don't want to look through 50 rolls of all the same coin.

Hang on to them. They're worth more than 1 cent. More like 5 cents or better.

DITTO...
But.. I can't make it back to the bank before closing.. So I might take a peek..
But then I would have to re-wrap..
One of the more difficult decisions I've had to make this afternoon.

Those rolls sell for a premium on ebay.

Unfortunately the hype is hot and right, get it while ya can, sell 'em on sleezeebay, there's always a sucker , er, uninformed buyer born every second there.
Five years from now people will begin to realize that hundreds of thousands of rolls were put aside and the price will fall drastically, there is no other choice but to sell now while the going is good. Any error coin found in the roll has many brothers, pop counts are higher than normal it seems. Values remain arbitrary at best.
