I was going through a double die website, and they had the 2015-P Nebraska Homestead Quarter listed for the windows. But, They did not have 2015-D. This looks a lot like the pictures. Is it doubling, or just the reflection from my coin camera? As always, you guys are awesome, and thanks for the help.

Apologies, Where should I put error/doubling questions? I'm new to the forum, and error hunting. Thanks for the help!

No problem. You can post them right here, in the "US Modern Variety and Error Coins" forum where this topic has been moved.

I was wondering, if I have something else to ask about, do I post here, or start a whole new post? Anyway, was wondering if this is a RPM. It is a 1982D Penny...I have post my picture, along with an example I found on the web. Thanks------

That is a broken mintmark puncheon. Mintmarks were added by hand to each working die used ato each mint. This punch was damaged in side.

How do you tell the difference? Should there be some doubling, since its re-punched?
