Is that doubling I see in "United States of America," and the last couple of letters in "cents" and "Monticello?"

I will try to take better photos if needed.

I think I see some Machine Doubling (MD), but a clearer pic would definitely help.

Sigh. It is the first machine doubled nickel I've ever noticed. Oh well, I'll use it to pay my toll tomorrow.
