I'm not sure it's a coin. The design is vaguely similar to Hyderabad coins, but I don;t think there are any that match this fully, with two circular legends on the obverse. I'm also not seeing anything I recognize as a date, or a denomination.

If it isn't a coin, then it's probably a medal of some kind. Whatever it is, it seems to have been in a fire.
