Hello, I recently started collecting and actually looking at coins. I'm still new to the coin collecting hobby and have alot to learn. I have here a 1972 cent that looks different than normal. It looks almost as if it's extremely worn but I just want to make sure I am not missing something about this coin that might make it unique. I also have a 1983 cent that looks completely different than a normal Lincoln Cent. The finish looks like it's glossy- or shiny like with sparkles. Is there anything different or unique about either of these two? Thanks in advance! Just looking to learn as much as possible!

The '72 just looks worn to me. I find '72 cents have an unusual toning a lot of the time too. The '83 has zinc zits, pretty gross stuff keep looking out brother

to CCF. The 72 looks pretty normal, circulation wear. The 83 is a plating issue. Zinc dust was on the planchet before it got plated. In the future please crop pics and properly rotate them before posting. Thanks.
