On the PCGS Coin Facts website they have images of three different Lincolns. The "S" is in a defferent location on each coin. Is there a designation for each variety?

Location is irrelevant, mintmark placement was by hand, not a hubbing issue. You will find listed specific die pairs used to mint specific coins if you dig deep enough, but only matters in the event of attribution of a specific variety of value such as DDO / DDR/RPM or other mint anomaly.
