I wanted to share a couple of recent ebay cherry picks with you guys. I'm pretty excited about this Liberty nickel. I got it unattributed for $15 + $3.50 shipping. The date exhibits a very nice clockwise repunching, with a triple punch on the 1. It has a couple black spots on the reverse I was worried about at first, but that didn't seem to bother PCGS much. They gave the one in the link below an MS65 grade. I would love to show you a full obverse and reverse but they are way over the size limit. The image optimizer has changed since I last used it. If I crop it in half it won't be a full shot, lol! Thanks for looking!

Very nice ebay Cherry Pick find! You got an awesome deal on that! Congratulation! Do you plan on getting it slabbed?

Thanks E&V! I'll keep it raw. I love the thought of preserving coins with slabs, but I like to study my varieties too much. I feel like I'm looking at a coin in prison in a slab, lol!

You're very welcome! I agree on keeping it raw. I would never get an error or variety coin slabbed unless if it was worth a fortune. I keep mine raw too!
