Some of the lines at the center of the building are circular and some not so much, but I don't think they are an issue. I'm not sure if it looks like an RPM or not. Your valued assessment please.

NW corner of D suffered a bit. Circular lines are from coin counting machine, most likely.

But I do understand why you would ask.

No RPM, just Post Mint Damage from a Coin Wrapping Machine. Also, I think circulation has also taken its toll on this Nickel.
