VF details, looks like a scratch from the eagles throat, and appears to be cleaned or wiped and abraded.

I don't thing any of those scratches are enough to detail it. But combined with the rim ding, would put it in my beatup category. Might be enough for the TPG to drop it a grade. vf-35, maybe 30.

TPG VF35. Full grade. I suspect the odd color is the photos and not the coin! There are, in fact, two distracting scratches - one left of the bust at the mouth and the other on the reverse left of the eagle's beak. That would drop my personal net grade down to VF20.
