This looks like a poor coin to me. But what do I know? The 1923 I bought is below.

I'm guessing 62 from what I can see.

looks better than 62. I like the clean fields and the original patina. could go 63-64 from what I see.

It looks like the obverse won the argument for the grader, as the reverse is no worse than 63, but the obverse suffers a bit from a weak strike and slightly muted luster.

I think 62 is a conservative grade. From the very small pics, I would grade it between 62 and 64.
