Is it just me?

(for the younger and non-U.S. members, the one on the right is Larry Fine, one of the Three Stooges, a slapstick comedy act from the early part of the 20th century)

Does anybody else think that the Van Buren dollar looks like Charles Winchester III from M*A*S*H (David Ogden Stiers), or is that just me?

I always thought the portrait of John Adams on the presidential coin looks kinda like a mushroom. To be fair to the mint, most of the presidents aren't the easiest subjects to portray. To be fair to the presidents, however, the designers of the current coins may be competent craftsmen, but they obviously aren't great artists (in my opine).
