Would it be worth grading since one sold at 5,300.00 on ebay at MS67..Im far from qualified but it might grade up close to that

Nice quarter but no - not worth getting graded. For one thing, too many scratches on the obverse.

AU details with scratches. Still a very nice coin, but it's definitely not worth getting slabbed.
