Identification Small Medal Brass - Coin Community Forum

The hole was probably made for an attachment or ribbon. I have one of the same tokens but don't know any more about it. The sinking of the U.S. ship Maine in Cuba started the Spanish American War. There are few different variations on ebay that look a bit off/ different. As well they seem copper and not brass. But this example in the catalog page looks to be identical.
