This is a repost of a Quarter I posted before, because I am convinced this happened during minting, or wishful thinking is getting the best of me.......But watching the minting process I found an area of the process that matches the pattern....At 2:14 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HRpRz2P4l2gin this video you will see the planchets entering the upsetting mill..The blanks in the mill and/or the one just about to enter each resemble the pattern, especially the one ready to enter as there was no rotation of the blank(was it too tight)......Somehow is it possible?
