In terms of detractions, PCGS photograde MS63 looks better than NGC PF64.
Three opinions here. That is just what they are - opinions.
Brings up an important point: we all must learn to grade for ourselves.

That is why the grading threads here in the CCF are so important.
Why?
Because there will always be occasions when you have use your own opinion when buying a coin for yourself. With higher grades, you could save or waste hundreds of dollars.
