It appears to be one of the late 3rd century emperors but there isn't enough detail to make out who it is.

I can read "IMP" on the obverse, 7-8 o'clock, but that doesn't help. I think I can also see "PICV" at about 1-2 o'clock, which is a bit more informative. Best match: Tetricus - don't know if it's I or II, but with "IMP" it's most likely Tetricus I.

The reverse type is PAX AVG, Peace standing with laurel sprig and long sceptre. Examples for Tetricus I on Wildwinds.
