Wet and humid environment has caused the toning. It is due to the chemical reaction of the Copper/Zinc and H2O.

A lot of times toned cents like that come from the bottom of a cup holder in your cars console - the liquids from the drinks that accumulated in the bottom of the holder can do that

Most would probably call that a cup holder coin,you know from a cars cup holder.

It's a cup holder coin, probably stuck to the bottom of a car cup holder. Or someone spilled soda on it.

I'm going to toss a handful of LMC in my cup holder, spill some coffee and soda, then put the results on ebay as "Rare marbled toning". Hmmm. How much to charge is the question.
