These were never released into circulation so if real, it's more than likely illegal to own the coin.

99.99999% doesn't sound good..Which probably means if it is real, you likely cant afford it and/or could end up in prison if I am recalling it correctly..
just a thought..Get legal advice

And whats that line running on the back of his head, below the ear and over the neck?

Actually, I would buy it, because it is an interesting fake.
I have an extensive 'black', collection for my own education.

What are the letters on Rev?

Does it say "Coca Cola" on it

I'm sure it's a fake.

Where is it being sold and for how much?

I can't jump to conclusions, but it is highly unlikely that it is real. However, there seems to be over a dozen trial strikes unaccounted for. If it is real, the Secret Service will be taking posession of it shortly.

@John1

Might just be me on my phone but I'm being told that's a bad link.

Edit: Wait. Never mind. Looks like a subscription is needed.

The coin next to the cent is a fake Draped Bust coin. I would run from this deal. It is most likely fake.

The single specimen in private hands is likely worth millions.
