I found a few of these while on a trip to Paris.

33.3% silver on a 10 euro coin - there currently are no 10 euro coins for general circulation. Not sure if the will increase in value or are worth collecting (I live in canada)

Nice crossover item between genres (coins/comic books).
Personally, I'm a big Asterix fan even though not so big on comic books in general.
No idea on the value question. Asterix remains pretty popular in France. Not sure about more widely in Europe or beyond (maybe posters from other countries will comment).

There were 12 different coins minted with different Asterix scenes. I see a mintage listed of 125,000, presumably for each coin. Monnaie de Paris is selling the coin in the package you've shown for 12 euro, and has all 12 available.
