From the photo, it looks like a Concave Field
which would make it a near to rim.

Far Rim 100%
I attached photos of each, the easiest way to determine is the type set for the 'S' in Cents, the near rim is somewhat flared and the far rim is regular with no flaring. It's essentially the flared portion that makes it closer to the rim whereas the other almost curves away slightly on the top portion of the 'S'. Hopefully I explained that well, look at the pictures and you'll see what I mean.

Looks like you lifted those pics from the coinsandcanada site, give credit were credit is due.
