The reverse seems to be better than the obverse. I'm not sure if some of the lack of detail in skirt lines is typical or not of 1917 dates. Report this Post to the Staff

numismatic student Bedrock of the Community United States 11914 Posts	Posted 05/16/2018 1:46 pm The reverse is nice and sharp and is well within XF range. The obverse is vf35 imo due to weakness in the lines in the skirt. TPG may place it in a xf40 holder and may be there on a net basis with the reverse better than the obverse. Nice looking coin.
