MS64 unless the luster is better than I'm seeing. A well struck coin that's void of significant contact marks, this is a well preserved piece.

w/ the Frog, surface issues, I would suspect that "toining" to be a moderate environmental damage, humid, salty air. Looks more corrosive than a turning into patina. If you were to "dip" it, I'd be afraid of pitting and left w/rough surfaces.

Here are two more pics that show more of the toning and less of the luster. Surfaces are smooth and there is no environmental damage here.
