Oh man, you gonna get slammed for that last pic!. I'll leave ya alone...get ready tho...

Looks like an SMS coin, not a business strike. Hasn't been handled well, those fine scratches kill it from a straight grade. Not sure if those are cloth dusting scratches or from slight coin on coin roll contact but it goes Detailed now. Say SP-62, Details, cleaned

When I first saw the clip holding the coin I said to myself why don't he just use visegrips .

Dorado, only problem with electrical tape is the adhesives, I use paper medical tape, I know there is no dangerous stuff that may affect a coin, and cleans up easier with acetone than the gooey stuff.

I would rate it PF64, maybe PF65...
