Plastic makes it a bit difficult to grade, but I will have a go. Obvious long dig on truncation of neck, and above 'L'. MS62.
Hope the plastic is not PVC, but it does look rather soft. The coin certainly has not been under the plastic since 1938 !
The KG V1 master die image for Canada was sharper that that used for Australian KG V1 coins.

sel- That is an ICCS holder the coin is in so I doubt if there is a worry about PVC.
Some dings under the nose and above the head but the rest of the fields look pretty good so I will say MS 63.

ICCS holders have been tested to show that the inner portion holding the coin contains no PVC, but the larger, outer case does.

MS-63 but in some way it's not a problem free coin so it depends what direction the sun shined that day and if the net-grading switch was on...
