thought this looked ok for $11 + shipping. After buying it I think it may be an N-5 which is one of the more scarce die varieties of this year. Anybody able to confirm this? https://www.ebay.com/itm/1831-CORON....m2749.l2649

no not doing a date set but when I buy these type of coins to maybe resell or maybe keep I try to attribute them. From Wright's book I came up with the N-5 guess

Too late now, but yes it is N-5 an R-4 second scarcest variety of the year, but not worth much of a premium. Most varieties don't start having significant premiums until you reach the R-5 level. (there are exceptions of course)
