The overall concensus seems to be that number 3 is the only uncleaned one. From a learning perspective what is it about the other three that makes you say that they have? Thanks in advance.

Here's a list of all 4 coins where point out what I think allows me to tell that they are cleaned/uncleaned.

Coin #1. Notice the lack of luster and the color of the coin. It has the color characteristic of a cleaned coin.
Coin #2. See #1. Also note that the coin is well-circulated, but appears "shiny". Another characteristic of a cleaned coin.
Coin #3. Appears to have good luster. No signs of a cleaning (hairlines, lack of luster, strange color, etc.) are present.
Coin #4. Hairlines are present on both obverse and reverse. The color characteristic of a cleaned coin is also present. Note the lack of luster.
