Sorry - there is not much contrast.
It is bronze and about 20 mm in diameter

This looks like it could be a barbaric imitation of Constantius II, the bust is diademed draped and cuirassed facing left and hold a globe. Inscription appears to be: DN CONSTANTIVS PF AVG, Reverse: is Constatntus standing facing left holding a labarum, resting his hand on a shield with two kneeling capatives at his feet. Can't make out the inscription.
