Does it have a company name, weight, and a mark of fineness (.999)? If so, they are worth melt value. If they don't say anything about fine silver, they are just novelty items.
Were those the bars given out by Singapore airlines maybe in the 1990's? If so, they are .800 fine silver bars at just under 1 oz. Seems to be a few on ebay.

If this is an example of what you have these are commonly referred to as art bars. some people do collect them and will pay a small premium above melt value
