1960 D LMC Need Help To ID The Error.

Hi! Guys,
I need to ID this coin that I just found in my cousin's jar. It was in there for over 20 years. This coin just caught my eyes but don't know what's the error. It doesn't look like it was acid dip now Dryer Coin. It weight 2.78gr. Hope I can get some opinion from all of you out there. Was it PMD or mint error? Thanks a lot guys.

It looks like Post Strike Damage to me. You can see the scraped metal on your coin.

Thanks E&R, well if it PSD then how come most of the letters on the obverse and reverse seems to be normal and still sharp? It doesn't look that worn out. It might be struck with VLDS.

Also, it really under weight, even with the tolerance of a really worn out coin.
