I recently got this silver coin, which I'm told is Mughal. Can anyone tell me whose reign it comes from?

It certainly is Mughal. The date is 1101 Islamic calendar, regnal year 33 of Emperor Aurangzeb Alamgir, which equates to 1690 AD. I think it's Khambayat mint (KM# 300.111), but if I'm right, most of the mintname is off the flan.
