try an acetone and verdicare treatment on this one to see if most of green stuff goes away. Details looked ok and the reverse has something strange going on. Any theories on this? https://www.ebay.com/itm/1842-1c-BR...047675.l2557

looks like pvc that may come off with acetone... or not if it has corroded the surface. price was right.
